Check Workshop Marks

The Workshop Component is a mandatory part of AIOU degrees (BS, B.Ed, MA). It carries a specific weightage in your final result. Even if you score 100/100 in the final exam, failing the workshop means you will be declared "Fail" in the entire subject.
1. The Passing Formula (2025 Policy)
Your workshop grade is calculated based on two factors: Attendance (joining the Microsoft Teams session) and Quizzes (Online MCQs). Here is the breakdown:

| Attendance | Must attend at least 4 out of 6 days. |
| Quiz (MCQs) | Must score 50% (10 out of 20 Marks). |
| Total Aggregate | 50% is the passing threshold. |
2. How to Check Detailed Marks
AIOU does not send workshop result cards by post. You must check it digitally:
- Click the "View My Grades" button above.
- Login to your LMS account.
- Click on your course (e.g., Code 8613).
- On the left sidebar, click "Grades".
- Look for the row labeled "Workshop Total".
3. What If My Marks Are Zero?
If you attended the workshop but your marks are showing as Zero, it could be a technical glitch.
Solution: You need to verify your attendance log. Take a screenshot of your LMS showing your "Join Time" and submit a complaint to the Regional Director immediately. Do not wait for the final result.
