Whether you have shifted to a new city and need to change your Examination Center, or you found a spelling error in your Roll Number Slip, you must follow the official procedure to avoid administrative hurdles.

Challan Requirement: Most applications (Correction, Verification, Certificate) require a fee. You must generate an online Challan from the AIOU website, pay it at MCB/ABL/FWB, and attach the original receipt with your form.

1. How to Change Your Exam Center

AIOU allows a "Change of Center" only in genuine cases (e.g., government servant transfer, marriage, or shifting of family). You cannot change the center within the same city.

Documents Required:

  • Completed Application Form (Download above).
  • Copy of CNIC.
  • Proof of Residence Change (Utility Bill / Nikkah Nama / Transfer Letter).
  • Fee Challan of Rs. 1000/- (Subject to change).

2. Fee Structure 2025 (Official Rates)

Before submitting any form, check the current fee schedule. Attempting to submit without the fee will lead to immediate rejection.

3. How to Generate the Online Challan

AIOU no longer accepts manual bank drafts. You must generate a dynamic challan:

  1. Go to the Online Challan Portal.
  2. Select "Category" (e.g., Student).
  3. Select "Program" (e.g., Matric, BS).
  4. Select "Nature of Deposit" (e.g., Change of Center Fee).
  5. Enter your Roll Number and Name.
  6. Click "Download" and print the PDF.
