The Allama Iqbal Open University has fully digitized its fee collection system. Students no longer need to visit the Regional Office to get a blank challan form. You can generate a dynamic challan online for any purpose (Admission, Re-appear Exams, Degree Verification) and pay it instantly via mobile wallets.
1. How to Pay via JazzCash / EasyPaisa
This is the fastest method. You do not need to print the challan; you only need the Challan Number generated from the link above.
Step-by-Step Mobile Payment:
- Open the JazzCash or EasyPaisa App.
- Select "Education" from the menu.
- Select "Universities" and search for "Allama Iqbal Open University".
- Enter the Challan Number (found on the top right of your generated PDF).
- The app will automatically fetch your Name and Amount. Verify it.
- Enter your PIN to pay.
- Save the Transaction ID (TID) message as proof.
2. How to Fill the Challan Form Online
If you are new to the system, follow this guide to select the correct category:
- Category: Select "Student" for existing students or "Applicant" for new admissions.
- Program: Choose your degree level (e.g., Matric, BS, B.Ed).
- Nature of Deposit: This is crucial.
- For failed papers, select "Re-appear Exam Fee".
- For certificates, select "Degree/Certificate Fee".
- For center change, select "Center Change Fee".
3. Refund Policy (If Paid Twice)
If you accidentally paid the fee twice (e.g., once via bank and once via JazzCash), you can claim a refund. You must download the "Fee Refund Form" from the downloads section, attach both original receipts, and send it to the Treasurer Department, AIOU Islamabad. The process takes approximately 3-4 months.
